ECO internal seamless steel door

Characteristics:

* single or double-leaf doors, where the passive leaf in the double-leaf door is blocked with an automatic bolt;
* full or partially glazed leaf;
* leaf with a thin rebate, made of galvanized steel sheet 0.5 – 1.5 mm thick, coated with polyester or powder coated;
* door frame made of steel sections, profiled from galvanized sheet with a thickness of 1.2 mm and powder coated;
* the total thickness of the leaf is 62.5 ± 1mm
* leaf filling in internal doors: cellular cardboard;
* the leaf is equipped with two vertically adjustable hinges, including one with a tension spring;
* EPDM rebate gaskets.

ANTI-BURGLARY RC2 AND RC3 seamless steel doors

Characteristics:

* single or double-leaf doors, where the passive leaf in the double-leaf door is blocked with an automatic bolt;
* full or glazed, made of two sheets of galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.7 – 0.75 mm and coated with a polyester coating, powder coated or in wood-like veneers;
* door frame made of steel sections, profiled from 1.5 mm thick sheet metal and powder coated;
* the total thickness of the leaf is 62.5 ± 1mm
* the filling is a cellular cardboard box, while the option of a fire door is also available. EI30 and EI60 in RC2 and RC3 class filled with mineral wool;
* Fittings: RC 2 class – two locks with C class cylinder inserts, anti-burglary rosette on an additional lock and a handle on a long plate, additional sash reinforcement, three anti-theft bolts per sash.
* In RC3 class – three locks with C class cylinder inserts, anti-burglary rosettes on additional locks and a handle on a long escutcheon, additional sash reinforcement, three anti-burglary bolts per sash;
* the leaf is equipped with three hinges with vertical adjustment, including one with a tension spring;
* a rebate gasket made of modified EPDM.

Standard accessories of ECO, ECO BASIC, RC2 and RC3 doors:

* one latch and latch lock with an insert,
* black plastic handle,
