CompanyOur mission

Our mission: We exist to make the outside of a building work as one: the gate, the garage, the entrance, the windows and the façade, designed to be chosen, installed and cared for as one system. Built to recognised European standards, and built to last. Explained in plain words. Made with care for what we leave behind. And shaped, always, around the people who live and work behind it.

Five principles stand behind it, and one promise. Read them as a homeowner or as a business, and hold us to them.

Five principles

What we hold ourselves to.

Each principle comes with what it means in practice, and a question you can ask us. Read them as a homeowner or as a business: the switch at the foot of the screen changes every answer.

  1. Principle 1: People first.

A building is for the people who use it. We start with them, and we come back to them at every decision.

    For homeowners

    • We start with how you live: who comes and goes, what you carry, and what you would like to see when you arrive home.
    • Everyday ease comes before novelty. A door, a gate or a window should be simple for everyone in the household to use.
    • When you need us, you can reach a person: Customer Care by phone, WhatsApp or email.

    For businesses

    • We start with the people who will use the building every day, and the people who will look after it.
    • Commercial projects, direct conversations: you speak with the team that handles your requirements.
    • We plan installation with the people on and around the site in mind.

    Ask us

“Who do I contact if something needs attention after installation?”“Who will be our point of contact during the project?”

  2. Principle 2: One system.

The outside of a building is not a list of products. The gate, the garage, the entrance, the windows and the façade should read, and work, as one.

    For homeowners

    • Entrance, garage, windows and boundary can share one palette, so the whole exterior feels considered as one.
    • With Intelligent Systems, the gate, garage door, entrance door, windows, blinds and heating can come together in one app.
    • One conversation can cover the whole exterior, rather than one product at a time.

    For businesses

    • Façades designed, engineered, tested and installed as one system.
    • Eight product families from one company, from buildings and garages to façades and intelligent systems.
    • Specifications, quantities and pricing discussed with one projects team.

    Ask us

“Can my entrance door, garage door, gate and windows share one finish?”“Can you specify and supply the façade, entrances and gates together?”

  3. Principle 3: Built to last.

A product should earn its place for years, not seasons. We choose materials, finishes and details for the long run.

    For homeowners

    • We work to recognised European standards, and our products are CE marked where the relevant harmonised standard applies.
    • Ask for physical samples before you decide on a finish. A screen can only show so much.
    • Care guidance for each product family helps it keep working, and looking right, season after season.

    For businesses

    • Where a European standard applies, we work to it. Fire-rated façades are tested as a whole system.
    • Details are designed with access, maintenance and the whole life of the building in mind.
    • Care and maintenance guidance for each product family, so buildings keep performing after handover.

    Ask us

“Can I see a physical sample of the finish before I decide?”“Which European standards apply to the products we are specifying?”

  4. Principle 4: Open conversations.

Clear answers, in plain words, before you commit. When something depends on your project, we say so.

    For homeowners

    • Prices include VAT. Delivery and installation charges may apply, so ask us what applies to yours.
    • The specifics of your order are set out in your order confirmation and in our Terms and Conditions.
    • Talk to us the way that suits you: phone, WhatsApp, email, or a free quotation request.

    For businesses

    • Direct conversations with the team that handles your enquiry: projects, customer care, or business and partnerships.
    • Enquiries from outside the United Kingdom go to the same UK team.
    • Our Modern Slavery Act statement and investor relations information can be requested through our corporate contact page.

    Ask us

“What exactly is included in my quotation, and what may be charged separately?”“What will you need from us to prepare a specification and quotation?”

  5. Principle 5: Responsible by design.

Responsibility starts on the drawing board: in what we specify, who we work with, and what we leave behind.

    For homeowners

    • We aim to keep installation day quiet, tidy and considerate, and to leave nothing behind but the new product.
    • Many of the materials we work with, such as aluminium, steel and glass, can be recycled at the end of their life where local facilities accept them.
    • Intelligent controls can help you ventilate, shade and heat only when you need to.

    For businesses

    • We ask our suppliers and manufacturing partners to meet clear expectations on labour, safety, environment and ethics.
    • Façade systems engineered for low heat loss, with shading that keeps solar gain down.
    • Our approach to the environment and to our supply chain is set out on dedicated pages.

    Ask us

“How can I recycle or dispose of my old product responsibly?”“What do you ask of your suppliers and manufacturing partners?”
