When will my order arrive?

Can I change the delivery address?

Contact Customer Care with your order reference and proposed change as soon as you can. Changes depend on the stage of your order and the delivery arrangements; wait for confirmation before relying on a new address.

Is unloading or installation included?

Use your quotation and order confirmation to check exactly what has been agreed. Delivery, unloading and installation can involve different arrangements. Prepare a delivery brief if you need to discuss your site.

What if access is restricted?

Share the restrictions before delivery is arranged. Useful details include narrow entrances, slopes, height limits and parking or unloading restrictions. Photographs and measurements can help the team understand the site.
