Yes. Choose “Invoice copy or correction” above and include your order reference and the email address used for your purchase.
How do I check whether a payment was received?
Choose “Payment confirmation” and include your order reference and payment date, if known. Do not include full card numbers or bank account details.
Where can I find refund terms?
Refer to your order documents and our Terms and Conditions. The form above prepares a refund enquiry; it does not confirm eligibility or start a refund automatically.
Can I pay through this page?
This page helps you prepare a payment enquiry. To make a purchase, use the payment route provided for your order. You will never need to enter card details into this form.
