How the directory works.
Our head office team in Watford, United Kingdom. Every market uses the same lines and inboxes, so there are no local offices or local numbers to look for, and nothing changes if you are travelling.
From your device’s clock and the time-zone data built into your browser. UK opening hours follow UK time: Greenwich Mean Time in winter and British Summer Time in summer. Clocks change on different dates around the world, so in late March and late October the difference to UK time can briefly be an hour more or less than usual. The directory accounts for that automatically.
From UK phones, numbers starting 03 cost no more than a call to a standard 01 or 02 number and count towards inclusive minutes. From abroad, your own provider’s international rates apply.
Freephone numbers starting 0800 are free from UK phones but may not be reachable from outside the United Kingdom; from abroad, write to us or use WhatsApp, which uses your internet connection rather than call minutes.
No. Email buttons open your own email app with a prepared message, and nothing is sent until you send it. Downloads are made in your browser. The only things remembered on this device are your market and your keyboard setting, if you change them.
Yes. Every desk has a Copy link button, and the address bar always describes what you are looking at: the open desk, your search, your filters and any market you chose. Anyone who opens the link sees the same view.
