We are Watford Construction, a global construction company. We design and install for homes and commercial buildings across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Our products and services meet high quality European standards.

Scene 03 · People first
People come first.
In everything we do.
Every product we make is judged by someone: the family who lives with it, the guest at the gate, the installer who fits it. Choose a scene.
A home is judged at the kitchen table, not on a drawing. We design for the everyday: the school run, the late arrival, the evening in.
An entrance is the first welcome. Gates, paths and doors should make arriving easy for everyone, whatever their age.
Things that open, close and lock should be simple enough for everyone in the house to trust, and robust enough to last.
Installation is skilled work, often at height and in all weathers. We plan it so the people doing it can work safely and take pride in the result.
For a commercial building, the measure is the people inside it: daylight, quiet and comfort, every working day.
A boundary is shared with the street. It should look considered from both sides, and age well in front of everyone who passes.

Design
It starts with how the space will be used. Proportion, light, finish and the way each element meets the next are decided together, not one product at a time.

Engineer
Profiles, panels, drives and fittings are engineered with our manufacturing partners and specified to work as one assembly.

Test
Products are tested to the recognised European standards that apply to them and, where it matters most, such as fire-rated façades, as a whole system rather than as parts.

Where we install, this is where the system comes together. We plan the work around the site, the people and the weather, and aim to hand over a finished, working whole.
