A survey is where the details become exact. We measure, look at the site and bring physical samples, so you choose on your own house, in your own light.

- Survey, delivery and installation are arranged country by country: give us the postcode or plot.
- For some products the survey is quoted separately. We’ll tell you before we confirm.

The UK changes its clocks in late March and late October. The planner allows for it, so the times in your request are correct on both sides.

Your email and calendar file give every time in your zone and in UK time. Calendar apps show the holds in whatever time zone you’re in when you open them.

Video and phone calls are shown in the time zone you choose: we start with your device’s. Office visits are in UK time, because that’s where they happen. Surveys are in local time at the site. Your email gives each time in your zone and in UK time.
For some products a survey is quoted separately, as the product pages say. If anything about your consultation is chargeable, we’ll tell you before we confirm it.
Yes. Add their city in the planner to see each time in their day, and tell us who is joining in your details. For a video call, we send the link to you; you can pass it on.

Survey, delivery and installation are arranged country by country. Choose where the site is, add the postcode, town or plot, and we’ll confirm by email what we can arrange there. A video call is a good first step for any project abroad.
This page doesn’t send or store anything. Your request becomes an email that you send from your own email app, with only the details you chose to include. The calendar file is made on your device.
For a fault with a product you already have, start a repair request instead: it walks you through safe checks first. If something is unsafe, stop using it, keep people clear and call Customer Care.
