ORIGINAL INNOVO PANEL THE ESSENCE OF THINGS
When designing a unique PRIME solution, we reached the core of building a sectional door. The idea was to achieve the best insulation parameters, obtain an outstanding aesthetic effect inside the garage and ensure exceptional safety of using the door.
This is how the world-unique INNOVO panel was created. Its closed structure, 5-layer folding of the sheet metal at the hinge fixing point, ensure a strong structure, and its filling with 60 mm warm foam and special sealing and cover systems translate into excellent thermal insulation parameters of the door.
The panel structure designed in this way made it possible to build a perfect mantle, making the PRIME door a technological and innovative breakthrough.

A NEW DEFINITION OF SAFETY
The individual systems that make up a safe gate depend on each other and interact simultaneously with some parts of the structure. Such as fixed guide guards, movable roller guards, integrated spring shaft guard, side shaft and spring guards, and flexible internal covers where panels connect.
HEAT REVOLUTION
Thermal insulation distinguishes PRIME, qualifying it as one of the products recommended for energy-saving and even passive buildings. It is a response to the need to maximize energy gains and minimize heat losses in a building.
To achieve such properties of the door, it was necessary to obtain the lowest possible heat transfer coefficient.
PRIME takes full advantage of the thermal insulation properties of the INNOVO panel and the sealing systems used in it, eliminating heat loss in the most sensitive areas of the door leaf.
KEY ARGUMENTS FOR EFFECTIVE THERMAL INSULATION
The U indicator of the INNOVO panel is 0.33 W / m 2 K, which translates into thermal insulation of the entire garage door. The new panel, double top and bottom sealing of the door leaf and inter-panel covers allowed us to achieve an excellent heat transfer coefficient.
