One exterior, considered as one

Home Inclusive treats the outside of the house as one piece of design: the entrance, the view, the garage and the boundary in one language, with 16 signature finishes¹. Planning them together is also the moment to plan how everyone in the house will use them, every day.

Thresholds you do not notice

A standard sill can stand up to 48 mm proud of the floor². Sink the running rail of a patio door into the floor build-up, put a drainage channel in front of it, and bare feet, prams and wheelchairs cross without a thought². Where a drain is not possible, a low threshold of 20 to 48 mm, depending on the system, is the next best thing².

On the garage, a wicket door in a UniPro door can have a 19 mm low threshold, easy for bikes, wheels and feet^{3, 4}.

Doors that do the work

A lift-and-slide leaf rides on rollers, so up to 400 kg of glass moves with one hand². An entrance door with an electric lock and a concealed closer closes itself behind you, every time, and locks⁵.

Tilt-and-turn windows swing wide to be cleaned from inside, or tilt for a quiet trickle of air². An automatic garage door senses resistance as it closes, stops and lifts clear³.

Keys for everyone, carried by no one

With Intelligent Systems, access is a person and a time window, not a key under a pot⁵. Give access to anyone you choose, such as family, a cleaner or guests, limited to a window of time or a number of uses, and take it back in a tap⁵.

A child can let themselves in with a code, and you get a quiet notification that they are home⁵. Grandparents can have the gate and the front door until Sunday evening⁵. The activity log shows the last 30 days⁵.

Light and air from inside

Windows can be tilted from the app, on a schedule or from another room, using concealed actuators fitted into the frames of tilt-and-turn and terrace windows⁵. External blinds can follow the sun through the day, so nobody has to reach for them⁵.

One finish throughout

The same finish can carry from the windows to the front door, the garage door and the gate², so the entrance reads clearly as one. Finishes depend on the product, so check each one’s options, and ask us for a physical sample to see beside your existing materials¹.

Planning it together

Tell us who lives in the house and how they move through it: prams, wheelchairs, walking frames, bikes, dogs. Then plan the thresholds, doors and access together. Compatibility, thresholds and controls are confirmed at survey for your openings, and every quotation is accompanied by a written specification^{3, 5}.
